Coastline Micro Finance Bank Limited started as a community bank in 1992. The Bank was issued a provisional banking license as a community bank in December, 1992 and went into full banking operations in July, 1993 following the transformation of community banks to Microfinance Bank and the subsequent policy on Microfinance. Coastline Microfinance Bank is Licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and being regulated by the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC).
