MANAGEMENT TEAM – Propelling Quantum Growth
Coastline Microfinance Bank Limited comprises dynamic leaders drawn from various disciplines, bringing in their expertise and years of experience to pivot the rapid growth and expansion of the organization. Together, the team led by a visionary Managing Director has dared to dream while caring to deliver in every area of presence propelling quantum growth and ensuring satisfactory service to customers and profitability to all stakeholders.
The Management Team comprises;
- MR POWER ONOFERE HEAD, INTERNAL AUDIT
Mr. Power Onofere is a graduate of BSc. Management from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (1989) and holds an MBA in Accounting from the University of Calabar (1995). He is a Chartered Management Accountant and a Micro-finance certified banker. He has over 10 years banking experience and 8 years lecturing experience.
- OTHUKE BARNABAS UMUOIGHORO HEAD, MICRO-CREDIT DEPARTMENT
Mr. Umuoighoro Barnabas Othuke hails from Okpe-Isoko in Isoko North Local Government Area of Delta State.
He obtained National Diploma (ND) with lower credit and Higher National Diploma (HND) with upper credit in STATISTICS in 1999 and 2006 respectively from the Federal Polytechnic, Bida, Niger State.
He further obtained Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) with distinction and Master (M. Ed) in MEASUREMENT AND EVALUATION in 2014 and 2017 respectively from Delta State University, Abraka.
He is a Microfinance Certified Banker (MCIB) and a holder of Certificate on new Credit Process Guide, Tools & Techniques, Delta State Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Development Agency, Asaba, supported by Foundation for Partnership Initiatives in the Niger Delta.
He has served in various capacities in the Microfinance Banking sector with over nine (9) years’ professional experience; he is currently Head, Credit and Business Development and happily married with Children.
SENIOR MANAGEMENT SUPERVISORY LEVEL
- JUSTICE OWUMI (MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM OFFICER)
Mr. Justice Owumi started his educational career at Ofou Primary School, Burutu L.G.A. Delta State where he obtained his First School Leaving Certificate (1991); he proceeded to attend Our Saviour’s Institute of Science, Agriculture and Technology, Enugu, Enugu State where he obtained National Diploma in Computer Science in 2002.
In 2005 – 2006, he worked in Setramech Limited, Km 47 DSC Expressway, Otokutu, Delta State a sister-company to Setraco Limited in the position of a Company Secretary.
He decided to further his educational career at the Institute of Management and Technology, Enugu, Enugu State where he obtained his Higher National Diploma in Computer Science in 2008.
He then proceeded to do his compulsory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Agwanga LGA of Nassarawa State July 2009 – June 2010. After his NYSC service, Justice Owumi did an IT/ICT course of 7 months with certify team member of the Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology (DA-IICT), Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India
He has since then worked in various capacities in the IT/ ICT sector until his employment in Coastline Microfinance Bank Limited in 2013 where he currently holds the position of the MIS Officer I. He has attended CBN Training on Credit Bureau Management in Enugu State and also CBN Training on BVN Capturing in Asaba, Delta State.
He has steadily brought his wealth of knowledge and experience to bear in tackling IT related issues/achievements of the bank. He has over seven (7) years of I.T related banking experience.
- DANIEL DAFIEMUBO (MICRO-CREDIT MANAGER)
Mr. Daniel Dafiemubo holds an HND in Accounting from Our Saviour’s Institute of Science, Agriculture & Technology in 2008. He is a graduate member of Nigerian Institute of Management and holds an MBA in Financial Management from the National Open University of Nigeria (N.O.U.N). He has over five (5) years banking experience.
